Headquartered in Potomac, Maryland since 2006 Telligent Masonry, LLC offers full service commercial masonry solutions for projects ranging in size from $100k to upwards of $5mil. Telligent's goal is to stay on budget and exceed the schedule and quality requirements of our clients in order to maintain a reputation built on excellence. Past projects include mid-rise wood and concrete structures, high-rise buildings, schools, hotels, and mixed use structures. Over the past two years we have completed over $18 million worth of masonry work utilizing between 80 and 150 field employees managed by 8 office personnel.

As masonry experts, Telligent Masonry’s staff is experienced in all aspects of brick, CMU, and precast construction along with the latest flashing technologies and applications. All supervisors carry 30-hour OSHA cards and are CPR/First Aid certified. Unlike other masonry companies, Telligent Masonry maintains up-to-date schedules for every project and calculates jobsite productivity on a daily basis in order to complete our projects on time and on budget.
